How it works
One of the most common struggles we hear about is knowing how to break a project down into manageable, actionable steps, how to prioritise those steps, and how to budget for them accordingly. Therefore this is where we start; getting a full view of the project scope. Once we have the scope clarified, we can start to create a project roadmap for all of the known factors.
But what about the unknown? Any good project manager knows it’s inevitable things will come up that were not anticipated, or that force plans to be updated. So what then? How do we make sure these things are taken care of without requiring a full-time hire to be involved? This is by using a combined approach of initial strategy, and ongoing collaboration. As the project progresses we can facilitate remotely, spending an agreed upon number of hours, to ensure that things are taken care of.
